Instructions
Mix quark, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Add flour gradually, mixing to form a soft dough. Knead briefly.
Heat oil to 170-180°C. Drop spoonfuls of dough into hot oil and fry until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels, and cool slightly.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
